Nadia Zagui is a supply chain management professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Global CoE Demand Planning Excellence at Barry Callebaut, the leading chocolate and cocoa manufacturer. She is passionate about delivering optimal results and excels in process improvement and people management, implementing initiatives that make integrated forecasting the cornerstone of business performance.

Alba Morganti joined X-FAB in 2017 as Group CFO. She started her career at Sanpaolo IMI Bank as Credit & Large Corporate Manager. In 2001, she joined Duferco Group as Structured Finance Director for the European Industrial Group companies. After the takeover of the European assets by NLMK Group, Alba served as Corporate Finance Director for all European subsidiaries. In 2014, she became Group CFO and Executive Board Member of SMT Group, a distributor of Volvo trucks, buses, and equipment. Alba specializes in commercial management and marketing and holds, among others, a university master's degree in financial and commercial sciences.

Sophie Le Guyadec is the Group VP of Procurement at X-FAB, where she leverages her extensive experience as a manager in the management consulting industry. Previously, she served as Group Sourcing & Procurement Director at Europcar Mobility Group, managing a €700M procurement budget across multiple regions. Skilled in negotiation, procurement, project management, strategy and supply chain management, she is dedicated to driving operational excellence.

Luca Muselli is the Head of Platform Solutions at Rulex, where he ensures the platform evolves in step with client needs by aligning technical capabilities with real-world business requirements. With a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and prior experience as a consultant on IoT-driven transformation projects at a leading consultancy, Luca brings deep expertise in designing practical, user-focused solutions. His work empowers organizations to make transparent, data-informed decisions at scale.

Claire Thomas Gaggiotti is the Head of Sales & Marketing at Rulex, where she leads global go-to-market strategy, brand positioning and customer growth initiatives, aligning commercial execution with technical innovation. With over seven years at Rulex, Claire brings a background in strategic communications, international business development, and technical training. She has also contributed as a guest lecturer at leading universities, speaking on business technology and decision-making.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, of which the last decade growing ServiceNow in Belgium, Geert Swillens has a proven track record in transforming enterprise operations through innovative cloud solutions. In various roles, he has successfully guided diverse clients on their journeys from modernization to innovation. Within major industries such as Telco, Manufacturing and Financial Services, Geert has helped organizations to streamline their processes with ServiceNow and maximize their technological investments, in the lead-to-cash as well as source-to-pay process domain.

Emelie Lindfelt is a Senior Solution Sales Executive for Finance & Supply Chain at ServiceNow. Emelie specializes in Source2Pay cloud technology, advising senior executives at large organisations across industries , often with a GBS focus, on how to leverage cloud platforms as strategic enabler of business transformation and value realisation. Emelie especially look forward to sharing customer stories from our customers across Nordics and Benelux.

Tineke is a Program Manager in the Global Supply Chain team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), driven by a passion for sustainable digitalization. Throughout her career, Tineke has focussed on the intersection of Supply Chain and Information Technology across various industries, including Pharma, Electronics, and FMCG. At JDE, she leads the global Supply Chain Planning transformation, covering key functions such as Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Material Planning. This transformation aims to enhance End-to-End planning capabilities, maturity and performance through global standardization and the implementation of new planning systems.


Elisabeth Teugels is a Solution Engineer AI Business Process at Microsoft, supporting Belgian enterprise customers in their digital transformation journeys. Elisabeth has been passionate about digital innovation since her studies and continues to explore the intersection of technology and business impact, without losing sight of the human aspect. Her background is in ERP and business applications and includes experience from previous roles —where she specialized in SAP Global Trade Management for clients in several industries and at Odoo, part of the then newly founded mid-market and corporate segment team. Now, Elisabeth specializes in leveraging the Microsoft Cloud to drive innovation and resiliency across finance and operations and partners closely with customers and partners to architect scalable solutions that address business challenges.

Dubravko Bundalo is a seasoned Microsoft Industry Solutions professional based in Amsterdam, with over a decade of experience driving digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain domains. Passionate about the business value of smart manufacturing, Dubravko frequently engages on topics such as the industrial metaverse, digital twins, AI‑powered optimization, and cloud–edge integration to enhance operational efficiency. At Microsoft, Dubravko collaborates with global enterprises—spanning automotive, consumer-packaged goods, and heavy industries—to modernize their supply chains through scalable, data-driven solutions. He is known for aligning smart manufacturing strategies with business priorities, helping companies unlock innovation while improving sustainability and resilience.

Nicolas Peeters is the Head of Global Trade Center of Expertise at Syensqo, where he oversees international trade policy and practical implementation of customs legislation. With a strong focus on global trade compliance, he brings extensive experience from previous roles, including his time at Solvay and Johnson & Johnson. As a member of the Private Sector Consultative Group at the World Customs Organization, Nicolas is dedicated to promoting standardization of Global customs practices and as a member of several expert groups within sector federations, he ensures that the interests and perspectives of the chemical industry are effectively represented to policymakers. He holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and a postgraduate degree in Cross-Functional Customs Management.

Eric Michiels is an Executive Architect at IBM and IBM Quantum Ambassador, bringing cutting-edge technology to life. Certified to deliver presentations, demonstrations, and workshops on Quantum Computing and Quantum-Safe Cryptography, he engages audiences from industry to academia. His sessions combine deep expertise with practical examples, showing not only what Quantum means, but why it matters and how to begin.

Tom Wouters is the Chief Product Officer at OMP, where he drives innovation and builds a high-performing product development organization. Joining in June 2024, he brings over a decade of executive leadership experience, including nearly four years as Chief Product Officer at SD Worx, where he led digital transformations and enhanced service delivery. Tom's commitment to customer-centric solutions positions him as a key driver of OMP's long-term product vision.

Jasper Wouters is a supply chain planning expert with over 13 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. As the Director - Global Industry Lead at OMP, he drives strategic initiatives and business development while managing large-scale supply chain transformation programs. With a focus on digital transformation and advanced analytics, Jasper fosters agile supply chains that deliver excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Imperial Business School and a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp.

Malte Böckmann focuses as a partner manager at Prewave on strategic alliances in procurement, supply chain and sustainability. His experience in implementing end-to-end planning transformations and orchestrating global rollouts makes him an invaluable resource for business leaders in helping organisations turn supply chain challenges into strategic advantages.
