He has created architecture blueprints, implementation guides, and data architectures. Samuel has supported decision-making and transition planning through logical operating model analysis and has led strategic reports on healthcare collaboration opportunities. Additionally, he has developed blueprints and roadmaps for executing digital health strategies, engaged with healthcare data experts, and produced assessments to help his clients achieve their digital health goals.
